Ingredients:
- 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- Vanilla ice cream optional, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
In a large bowl, combine sliced pears, fresh cranberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg
Toss until well coated
In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly
Divide the pear and cranberry mixture into individual foil packets or a cast-iron skillet
Sprinkle the oat crumble mixture evenly over the fruit
Place the foil packets or skillet on the preheated grill and close the lid
Grill for 15-20 minutes or until the fruit is tender and the crumble topping is golden brown
Carefully remove from the grill using oven mitts
