Tropical Sherbet Cake Ice Cream

Indulge in the refreshing flavors of the tropics with this delightful sherbet cake-inspired ice cream. Creamy and fruity, with hints of coconut and macadamia nuts, its a perfect treat for a sunny day.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups mixed tropical sherbet flavors mango, pineapple, coconut
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped mango
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions:

Put the mixed tropical sherbet flavors, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender

Blend until the mixture is smooth

Move the mixture to a container that can go in the freezer

Add the chopped pineapple, chopped mango, and chopped macadamia nuts, and mix them in

Put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it gets firm

Crush some graham crackers and sprinkle them on top of the ice cream before serving
