Ingredients:
- 200g almond flour
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 100g granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- 100g chopped almonds
- 100g dried cranberries
- 100g candied orange peel
Instructions:
Set the oven to 180C 350F and heat it up
Put almond flour, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix them together until they are well blended
With your hands, press the dough into a tart pan so that it covers the bottom and sides evenly
For 10 to 12 minutes, or until just barely golden, bake the crust
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down
Next, beat the eggs in a different bowl
Then, add the melted dark chocolate little by little until the mixture is smooth
Place the chocolate mix on top of the tart crust that has been cooled
On top of the chocolate layer, mix together chopped almonds, dried cranberries, and candied orange peel
The filling should be set after another 15 to 20 minutes in the oven
Before cutting the tart, let it cool all the way down
Serve and have fun
