Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 large heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 ball fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, chiffonade
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
Place the puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
