Ingredients:
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 nori seaweed sheets
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 8 large shrimp, cooked and peeled

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
