The outside of potato croquettes is crunchy, and the inside is soft. They taste great as an appetizer or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
When the potatoes are soft, boil them and then mash them in a bowl
Add the bread crumbs, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, and mix them all together
Drops or balls of the mixture should be made
Put oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat
They should be fried for about two to three minutes on each side until they are golden brown
Take it out of the oil and let it drain on paper towels
Enjoy while hot
