Crispy Cinnamon Almond Flour Keto Waffles

Indulge in these crispy and flavorful cinnamon almond flour keto waffles. Theyre low in carbs and high in deliciousness, making them the perfect breakfast treat for those following a ketogenic lifestyle.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to heat it up

Add erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl and mix them together using a whisk

Mix in the eggs, almond milk, coconut oil or butter that has been melted, and vanilla extract

Mix everything together well

After heating up the waffle iron, pour the batter onto it and cook it according to the directions on the package until it is golden brown and crispy

Top it off with your favorite keto-friendly things, like berries, sugar-free syrup, or whipped cream
