Ingredients:
- 6 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can 10
- 75 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Layer half of the potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese in the slow cooker
Repeat layering with remaining potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Pour the soup mixture evenly over the layers in the slow cooker
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until potatoes are tender
